There is a Sales Comparison Chart from the year 2000 until today where prices, numbers of sales, etc are compared monthly. You can track the increase in prices and number of sales.

The houses are listed by price from lowest to highest; first in pesos, then in US dollars.

What makes the MLS so valuable is that you can do searches of areas where you would like to live. Then you can search just those areas of the MLS to get a sense of prices and value. You can see what has sold and everything that is for sale.

You can print off flyers on the houses you like and keep a portfolio of those that you would like to see.

The Multiple Listing Service is a cooperative arrangement between the Real Estate brokers in the Lake Chapala area. I believe in being open and honest with my clients. My objective is to put ALL the information at your fingertips. I can show you every property available for sale in the Lake Chapala area. I can show you listings of every Realtor. However, the general rule is: I don't get paid until I introduce you, physically show you the property and write the offer.
