We have every kind of rental available at Lakeside in all price ranges.
There are charming B&B's, guest suites with kitchenettes, rooms in people's homes, 5-star hotels and of course, homes and condominiums for rent. Some of the most popular rentals are beautiful, fully appointed homes whose owners are away for a few months.
Recommendations
However, rentals are not quite as plentiful or as affordable as they were a few years ago. Although you may do some research on the Internet, it is not advisable to commit to rent a home over the Internet without first seeing it, unless you have been here before and have knowledge of the location and properties in that area. The recommended approach is to come down and stay for a day or two in a B&B and then, once here, we help you find a suitable rental.

The busiest time for rentals
We frequently receive calls & e-mails during the summer months for winter rentals. Most landlords are not willing to commit that far in advance, as they anticipate leasing the property earlier and for a longer period.
The busiest time for rentals is December through March when the climate is at its harshest in most of Canada and the States. The second wave of renters is June through September when sunbirds from the southern part of the States come to escape the heat.
When you are here you will also see that there are many rentals listed by owner on various bulletin boards, etc. Some of these can be a good deal for you, but we can help prevent you being taken advantage of by unscrupulous owners. Our goal is for you to get the best rental possible - from whatever source.
It is always safer dealing with a professional agency in case of a dispute or misunderstanding. Your security deposit will be safe and you will be assured that problems will be looked after in a timely manner.
